We make it easy for you to order.

You may order by fax, email or phone.

We even provide a $2 discount on most emailed or faxed orders.  If you are new to us, we request that you pay your first order by credit card (Hospitals, Family Health Teams and many organizations are exempt from this - please call if you have any questions.)  Once established you will be entitled to thirty days free credit - pay after you have received your orders.  In most cases product returns or exchange require only a phone call or email to let us know what you might be returning.  We request that instruments be wrapped so that they are protected during transit.  Should any of our products require attention at any time, please call us at 1-866-833-9352 or email us at

We do have just the one small retail location - but we will do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered safely to your door.  We no longer have a showroom or offer a retail face to face experience, but we will do our best to provide you with as much relevant product information as is possible.

FAQ: free shipping, minimum orders, etc.

Due to rising transportation cost, free shipping and handling (S&H) will be provided now on most orders over $150. Most orders between $75 and $150 will be charged $10 S&H. Orders under $75 will incur a $18.00 S&H charge. Orders to more remote locations and bulky or heavy items, such as single use packs, gowns and liquids, may incur additional charges.
There is no minimum order. Back-orders are almost always shipped free of charge.

The majority of our orders are shipped within one day by expedited post.  Delivery varies from one to five business days to most places in Canada.  You can visit for more details.

If you require more urgent delivery, please inform us of your needs when you place the order.  Expedited parcel is not a guaranteed service.

PRICE MATCHING - In those rare occasions when our prices are not the lowest, we will endeavour to match whatever deal you have found.  There are some exclusions and exceptions.

How to Return Goods

At Quality FootCare, we make it easy for you to return products.

The most important information we require is your contact info and what you are requesting (replacement, credit, refund, etc. included with your return).  The original invoice number is nice but not required.  The pdf file (Return Merchandise Form) that can be found below makes it very easy to return merchandise without the bother of getting an RMA or RGA number.
